Finishing & Packaging Systems — From Cooling Bed to Quality-Assured Dispatch
Our finishing-end systems take bars from the cooling bed through cold shearing, bundling, weighing, tagging and dispatch. Modular layouts cover small-section rebar through heavy structurals, with PLC-controlled coordination between bundle counters, magnet stackers, tying machines and weighbridges. Packing forms include round, square, rectangular and hexagonal, with automatic wire or strap binding and labeled delivery for quality-assured dispatch.
