Coil Reforming Station

The modular and versatile design features of the No-Twist Mill allows the mill to be supplied in 4, 6, 8 or 10 stand configurations with fixed single pass reductions from 20% allowing a wide range of steel grades to be rolled from carbon steel to stainless steels and even tough to roll heat resistant alloy steels.

Due to the unique design of the pinion and bevel gear housings the roll housings are interchangeable allowing the mill configuration to be changed to increase the mills product size range ø5.0 mm to 12.0 mm.
